Let Down
Mackenzie eats a bit ravenously at night before bed. I take this as a good thing, her way of showing she knows longer sleep periods are coming and that she should eat as much as she can. Sometimes she fusses before the milk lets down and I ensure her that it is coming. At the same time I try to relax, breath and think happy thoughts to assist the process.
